At Cady Cat Art, every item is created with care and intention. Please review our policy below before making a purchase:

Digital Products & Donations

All digital downloads and donation-based products (such as “Buy Me a Coffee” or similar support options) are final sale.
Due to the nature of instant access and delivery, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued on digital items or donations under any circumstances.

Handmade Physical Items

We want you to love your purchase! Non-custom, handmade items may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• A return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Customized Items

All custom or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
